Edgar's is excellent!! The food is tremendous and the owner, Chef Glenn, has a true passion for the culinary arts. It really comes through in the food. The atmosphere is trendy and welcoming. I had a fantastic meal. In fact, I even bought gift cards for my parents so they could try it. I highly recommend Edgar's.

I'm a stickler for good service and sadly, the service was lacking. Our waitress didn't know about the special or what rock fish was. Gave us an excuse that she'd just got there, meaning she was late and that she didn't like fish. We neither cared about that or needed to know that. I expect the wait staff to always be prepared. Appetizers and drinks came out quickly, but our entree took more time than we felt it should have. Our waitress never returned to offer and explanation or ask did we want more drinks, we had to ask another server to summon her. Once our food did arrive everyone was happy. Presentation, portions and flavors were good. For this reason I gave them 4 stars, because the issue with the waitress can be corrected and I'd return.
